Education is the key to breaking cycles of poverty and creating opportunities for a brighter future. Yet, many children in Uganda are unable to attend school due to lack of tuition, uniforms, or learning materials.
At AACCEM, our School Support & Education Fund ensures that every child has access to quality education, enabling them to grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Our mission is to empower children with knowledge, confidence, and skills that will equip them for lifelong success.
What We Do
1. Tuition Support
Financial assistance to cover school fees for underprivileged children.
Scholarships for outstanding students to continue secondary or tertiary education.
2. School Supplies & Uniforms
Providing books, notebooks, stationery, and uniforms to children who cannot afford them.
Ensuring every child has the necessary tools to participate fully in class.
3. Educational Mentorship & Tutoring
After-school tutoring programs to help struggling students.
Mentorship programs to encourage personal growth, goal-setting, and study habits.
4. Extracurricular Activities
Supporting arts, sports, and cultural programs to develop well-rounded children.
Organizing educational field trips and workshops to enhance learning beyond the classroom.
5. Parental & Community Engagement
Educating parents about the importance of school attendance and supportive home environments.
Working with communities to reduce barriers to education, such as early child labor or neglect.
Impact So Far
300+ children received school fee support and essential learning materials in 2024.
50 scholarships awarded to high-performing students to advance to secondary education.
100+ children participated in mentorship and tutoring programs, improving academic performance.
Many children previously out of school are now enrolled and attending regularly.
